Appalachian Trail/Waterville Bridge Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 1.9 miles and turn right onto Iron Bridge Road. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Old State Road. Follow Old State Road for .3 of a mile to the trailhead.

Equine Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 3.5 miles on SR 72 to the junction of State Route 443. Continue straight, following east SR 443 for approximately 3.7 miles and turn right into the Equine Trailhead parking lot. There is a white barn across the road from the parking lot entrance.
From the I-81 Pine Grove Interchange go west on State Route 443 for approximately 4.4 miles and turn left into the Equine Trailhead parking lot. There is a white barn across the road from the parking lot entrance.

Lickdale Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north .9 of a mile and turn right onto Monroe Valley Road. In approximately 1,100 feet, turn right onto the Lickdale Trailhead access road.

Swatara Mountain Bike Trails Parking Lots:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 3.5 miles to the junction of State Route 443. Continue straigh, following east SR 443 for approximately .8 of a mile and turn right onto State Park Lane. Follow State Park Lane for approximately .4 of a mile to the two parking lots.
From the I-81 Pine Grove Interchange, go west on State Route 443 for approximately 7.3 miles and turn left onto State Park Lane. Follow State Park Lane for approximately .4 of a mile to the two parking lots.

Sand Siding Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 3.5 miles to the junction of State Route 72 and State Route 443. Continue going straight, following east SR 443 for approximately 3 miles and turn right onto Sand Siding Road. Follow Sand Siding Road for .7 of a mile to the trailhead parking lot.
From the I-81 Pine Grove Interchange, go west on State Route 443 for about 5 miles. Several hundred feet after passing the entrance to Twin Grove Park, turn left onto Sand Siding Road. Follow Sand Siding Road for .7 of a mile to the trailhead parking lot.

Swopes Valley Road Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 3.4 miles to the junction of State Route 72 and State Route 443. Continue going straight following east SR 443 for approximately 6 miles and turn right onto Swopes Valley Road. Follow Swopes Valley Road for .5 of a mile and turn right onto the Swopes Valley Trailhead access road.
From the I-81 Pine Grove Interchange, go west on State Route 443 for about 2 miles and turn left onto Swopes Valley Road just before reaching the Swatara State Park sign on the right side of the road.

Trout Run Trailhead:
From the traffic light on State Route 72 at Lickdale, go north 3.2 miles and turn right onto the Trout Run Trailhead access road just prior to reaching the trailhead sign.
From the intersection of State Route 443 and State Route 72, follow 72 south approximately .3 of a mile and turn left onto the Trout Run Trailhead access road.
